Personalized In-Home Care Services in Connecticut
At Gifted Hands Homecare, we provide compassionate personal care and homemaking services to clients across Connecticut—all in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Our care is delivered by experienced Direct Care Aides, under the guidance of a Physician and the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Each care plan is customized to meet the individual needs of our Connecticut clients with dignity and respect.
Our Direct Care Aides assist with a wide range of daily activities, including:
- Bathing
- Hygiene care: skin, hair, feet, toes, hands, fingers, nails, etc…
- Shaving
- Mouth care: teeth, gums, and dentures
- Using the bathroom
- Dressing and Undressing
- Feeding (case by case basis)
- Toileting
- Ambulating
- Purchasing groceries and other household supplies
- Preparing food
- Making and changing beds
- Cleaning household supplies
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the carpet and/or floor
- Cleaning the bathroom and kitchen
- Washing dishes
- Laundry
- Light housekeeping
