Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC)
GAFC provides daily personal care support for adults aged 22 and older who need assistance with everyday activities at home. Unlike AFC, care is delivered by a trained direct care aide providing one hour of services daily. Aides are compensated through MassHealth.

How Much Is the Caregiver Stipend in Massachusetts?
