Gifted Hands Homecare provides our clients with personal care and homemaking services in the comfort of their own home. Care is delivered by direct care aides, under the direction of a Physician, and the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Our qualified staff plan, coordinate and provide care tailored to our client’s needs. Our direct care aides assist with the following tasks:
- Bathing
- Hygiene care: skin, hair, feet, toes, hands, fingers, nails, etc…
- Shaving
- Mouth care: teeth, gums, and dentures
- Using the bathroom
- Dressing and Undressing
- Feeding (case by case basis)
- Toileting
- Ambulating
- Purchasing groceries and other household supplies
- Preparing food
- Making and changing beds
- Cleaning household supplies
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the carpet and/or floor
- Cleaning the bathroom and kitchen
- Washing dishes
- Laundry
- Light housekeeping
